Getting healthy and staying healthy can be sometimes an uphill battle. Achieving your fitness goals is a struggle and a fight you must win to be healthier. 1. Discover how to unwind yourself

3. Eat slowly

If you do this on purpose soon it will become an advantageous habit. Put the knife and fork down while you are chewing your food. By eating slowly you give your body all the time it needs to give your brain the signal: “I am full. Stop eating now!”

4. Forget the scale was ever invented
If you want misleading feedback about how much weight you have lost, you can use the scale. The weight of a woman can vary by 8 pounds or even more depending on water retention and menstruation cycle. The weighing machine is a great way to torture your self. There is no better torture method than to expect to have lost weight and get on the scale and see that you actually gained weight. A better way to evaluate your weight loss success or failure is by measuring yourself. Before starting the weight loss program measure your waist, arms and legs. Every three weeks, you can measure yourself again so you can asses if your efforts were enough to lose weight or you need to take them to the next level.

Yea i have to agree with you guys. nothing beats balanced diet and a regular exercise. It might be hard at first but once you get a partial result on your weight loss system then you’d aim for more.
